Gotlandsflyg, Kullaflyg, Kalmarflyg, Blekingeflyg and Sundsvallsflyg acquires through Sverigeflyg Holding, Avitrans Nordic AB and the leasing company Avilease Aircraft/Asset Management AB.

The organisation will be be further strenghted and the new owners in Sverigeflyg-group will be able to support with financial resources in order to continue expansion, development and quality assurance.

The growth the last two year has been very good and Avitrans has earned a good reputation in aviation business. The purchase gives the company an even stronger competing capacity both in Sweden and also in the rest of Europe.
